FAQ

Supplements are not a miracle cure, but they can give you a boost. If your body is out of balance—for example, due to stress, a busy life, or deficiencies in certain nutrients—this can affect your cycle, your fertility, and your overall well-being. The right supplements can then help restore that balance.

Balance Me by Insentials supports hormonal regulation and fertility thanks to ingredients such as maca extract.¹

The Hormonal Balance Pack combines Balance Me with Smart Vitamins specifically formulated for women. Smart Vitamins for Her contains DHA from fish oil, iron, Vitamin E, Coenzyme Q10, folic acid, Vitamin K2, Vitamin B8, Vitamin D3, and Vitamin B12.

This allows you to work on multiple fronts simultaneously. The Smart Balance Pack also includes Detox Boost capsules, which help detoxify your body in a natural way.

Insentials Balance Me supplements are specifically designed to monitor and support your hormonal balance. They contain a carefully formulated blend of ingredients crucial for promoting reproductive health.

Vitamins B5² and B6³ play an important role in supporting the hormonal regulation process, which is essential for maintaining a regular cycle and optimising fertility. Additionally, the unique Adaptohormonal C complex contains powerful elements such as maca1 and rhodiola 4, known for their ability to maintain your mental and hormonal balance, even during times of increased stress.

You can combine Balance Me with Smart Vitamins for Her. This way, you also get the right dose of vitamin D. This is important if you are trying to conceive, as scientific studies show a link between low vitamin D status and fertility problems. 5

Insentials fertility supplements are designed for women (and couples) who are actively working on their fertility. This can be because they want to get pregnant, but also simply to support their hormonal balance. Sometimes, for example, you may notice that your menstrual cycle is out of balance or that your energy levels are very low. These supplements can then give your body the support it needs.

Folic acid, also known as vitamin B11, plays a crucial role in the period leading up to pregnancy. Daily intake of 0.4 to 0.8 mg of folic acid starting at least four weeks before conception and throughout the first twelve weeks of pregnancy can reduce the risk of neural tube defects, such as spina bifida. This has been shown in scientific studies.6

Insentials follows an integrated, holistic approach focused on hormonal regulation, physical energy, and mental balance. Furthermore, the composition of our supplements is scientifically substantiated. Everything is produced in Belgium with traceable ingredients and according to strict quality standards.

Are you looking for more tips to naturally increase your fertility? While there is no guarantee, some natural remedies and lifestyle adjustments can certainly have a positive impact.

Choose healthy nutrition

A balanced and nutritious diet is one of the most important factors in promoting fertility. Foods rich in antioxidants, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds, can reduce oxidative stress and improve the health of egg and sperm cells. Also, regularly eat foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids, such as fatty fish, flaxseed, and walnuts. A recent study indicates a positive impact of omega-3 on fertility.7

Exercise regularly

Exercise can promote fertility by improving circulation, regulating hormones, and reducing stress. However, be careful with very intense training, as this can sometimes disrupt the hormonal balance and have the opposite effect. Moderate exercise, such as walking, swimming, or yoga, is always a good choice.

Avoid chronic stress

Stress can have a major impact on hormonal balance and can negatively affect fertility. If you suffer from a lot of stress, it is important to find ways to reduce it. Meditation, breathing exercises, and mindfulness can help you regain your balance and peace.

Keep your weight under control

A healthy body weight can play a role in fertility. Both underweight and overweight can disrupt hormonal balance and reduce fertility.

Healthy food, plenty of exercise, and enough sleep: these are the basic ingredients for keeping your children healthy. But just like adults, it's also difficult for children to always get all the necessary nutrients through their daily diet. Even if parents do their best to provide balanced meals. Our fresh food - especially fruits and vegetables - now contains fewer nutrients due to depleted agricultural soils. In addition to this reduced nutritional value, children also face stress and air pollution. Supplements are a good way to ensure that your offspring get all the vitamins and minerals needed to grow, and to stay strong and healthy.

At Insentials, we work with a liver-first philosophy. Scientific research shows that a healthy liver is the foundation for better absorption and long-term effectiveness. Our formulas are clean label, science-backed, and designed to support your body day after day.
