Our packages are shipped with bpost.
Deliveries in Belgium
Free delivery from €45.
For orders under €45:
- bpost delivery at home: €6,50
Deliveries in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France
Free delivery as from €45.
For orders under €45:
- Home delivery: €7.50. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries in Italy, Spain, Denmark, Finland, Austria
Free delivery from €75.
For orders under €75:
- Delivery at home: €16.50. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries in Switzerland and the United Kingdom
Free delivery from €150.
For orders under €150:
- Home delivery: €34.50. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.
Delivery
We do our best to hand over your package to bpost as soon as possible after your order was placed. Your parcel is normally handed over to bpost within 24 hours, on working days, and delivered by bpost within 24 hours in Belgium and within 48 hours in the Netherlands. Delivery in other European countries normally takes place within 3 to 6 working days, depending on the country. Via the Track & Trace function, you can follow the status of the package.
You were not at home at the time of delivery?
You were not at home at the time of delivery? With the offer message that was left in your mailbox, you can pick up your parcel at your post office.

Return / withdrawal right
Although we do our utmost to describe our products as accurately as possible, it can always happen that you are not satisfied with your purchase. You can return a purchased item free of charge within 14 days of receipt. A motivation is not obligatory, but can help us improve our service. Please note: opened packages can NOT be returned for hygienic reasons. The customer is responsible for the return costs. These amount to €8.
How to return an article?
For customers in Belgium
1) Send us an email as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your full name
- The order number of your order.
- Optional: fill in the Cancellation Form and attach it to your e-mail (download here).
Upon receipt of this e-mail, we will send you a bpost return label by e-mail as soon as possible. You can download and print this return label. Then stick the return label on the box in which you are returning the item. If possible, use the original packaging. If you use the original packaging, make sure you stick the return ticket over the original shipping label.
2) Take the parcel and the return label to your nearest post office, post point or Kariboo!-spot. The bpost staff will be happy to help you.
Important:
- We need to receive the returned product within 30 working days after you have received the return ticket from us.
- The refund will be made as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days after receipt of the return, provided that all conditions as described below are strictly met.
''The entrepreneur will refund all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by the entrepreneur for the returned product. Unless the entrepreneur offers to pick up the product himself, he may wait to refund until he has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. For repayment, the entrepreneur uses the same means of payment that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer and is made within 5 working days after the entrepreneur has been allowed to receive the returned product.''
- Items must be returned in their original condition and preferably the original packaging, with all accessories and instructions supplied with them. Returned items must not have been used. If an item has been depreciated due to use, it will be charged by us. Please note: opened packages can NOT be returned for hygienic reasons.
- Only the official bpost return label, on which the return address is automatically filled in, can be used for returns.
- We will reimburse you with the same means of payment you used to make the original transaction. We will also refund you the delivery cost you paid when you ordered the product.
For customers in other countries:
1) Please email us as soon as possible with the following information:
- Your full name
- The order number of your order.
- Optional: fill out the Form for Revocation and attach it to your email (download here).
Upon receipt of this e-mail, we will send you a bpost return label by e-mail as soon as possible. You can download and print this return label. Then stick the return label on the box in which you are returning the item. If possible, use the original packaging.
